Challenge: Seamless deployment of “HPE Intelligent Spaces – Workplace” solution in new HPE Corporate Headquarters

  • Unfamiliar office environment and infrastructure
  • Successfully deploy “My Workplace” mobile app to approx. 1200 employees based at this office, making sure they understand the features and benefits
  • Enable space optimization with Teem Meeting Room Tablets and Aruba Meridian indoor location services

Solution: Utilize MoC best practices to deploy Intelligent Spaces solution

MoC services including:

  • Project Management and Change & Adoption Management
  • Development and execution of project and communications plan with various project teams in the US, UK and Ireland
  • Deployment and training for executive teams and employees at HQ location using 3 floor walkers for 1 week. MoC team triaged and coordinated with the wider project team to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required
  • Creation of product training videos and support collateral inserted in employee welcome pack to support launch of the new building

Results: Positive user experience

  • HPE Education team to participate in future external Intelligent Spaces sales activities
  • Engaged to influence future roadmap and improvements for “My Workplace” mobile app
  • Invited by HPE Global Real Estate team to provide floor walking and white glove support to remaining HPE locations rolling out the app and wider Intelligent Spaces technologies
