HPE enters its 15th year supporting this leading consumer products company with managed digital training services; providing ongoing Management of Change (MoC) services to enable and support the end-users across the organization through a dynamic technology environment. Services offered over the contract duration include MoC services to support technology and services adoption:
- Communication planning
- Technical users workshops; dedicated training sessions to specific teams and general sessions for end-users
- Management of in-house training portal and Learning Management System
- Custom training content development for delivery via all modalities including face to face, virtual instructor and web based
- Training performance and consumption metrics, analysis, follow up and continual improvement
