    HPE Education Learner Credit administrators can check balances and other account details at any time. You will need your Account Key and PIN which can be found in your welcome email.

HPE Education Services Learning Credits are units that can be used to pay for training from HPE Education. HPE Education Services Learning Credit units are priced at $100 USD/$130 CAD. The typical cost for one student to attend one day of open enrollment training is 10 credits. Some exceptions apply.

Benefits of adding credits to support contracts

Pairing training with your support contract is a smart investment—in addition to the built-in safety net of a support contract, you'll also have a knowledgeable staff who can troubleshoot root causes and ensure you avoid them in the future. Our learning solutions also help reduce IT costs, control the risks to business operations, and drive digital transformation.
HPE Education Services Learning Credits for Support Contracts can be used for any training service provided by HPE Education. Credits cannot be used for industry events or training services provided by other HPE organizations.
Additional credits can be purchased at any time, in the same increments as the original purchase.
